As part of the 2013 line up for the Hot Rod and Custom Car Summer Car Show Series, Route 66 Casino Hotel hosted the Memorial Weekend Rockin Rods Hot Rod and Custom Car Classic Car Show. With over 200 class and special awards being presented along with 52 Vehicles picked to be photographed and put on the Route 66 Casino Custom Car Deck Of Cards.
These shows always bring out a big crowd and never fail to deliver some of the southwest’s best custom cars including lots of local rides from Albuquerque, Santa Fe and the surrounding areas!

Racing Southwest made it out to the Albuquerque National Dragway the weekend of May 3rd, 2013 for the quarter mile mayhem both Friday and Saturday evening!
Great weather and a great turnout for the weekend. Saturday, May 4th was the NM Mopar Challenge and the Mountain States VW Club meet at the Albuquerque National Dragway. Presenting the 2013 Racing Southwest Jemez Cruise! Our 2013 cruise on April 28th, had over 550+ people registered to cruise with RSW, our largest turnout ever for this annual event! Every year the group meets in the parking lot of Santa Ana Star Casino in Bernalillo, New Mexico and then cruises to Jemez, New Mexico and then on to the Valles Caldera.
We would like to thank Los Ojos Restaurant in Jemez for welcoming Racing Southwest with arms wide open!

The New Mexico International Auto Show, taking place Friday, April 19 through Sunday, April 21 at the Albuquerque Convention Center brings out the new line up from automotive manufacturers and gives people visiting the show the opportunity to check out the new technology and models from these automotive manufacturers. Including everything from the latest truck offerings from the big 3 automotive manufacturers to the latest sports cars and everything in between. The show gives consumers a very good preview of what is on local dealer lots as well as what will be coming soon!
