Sagebrush Community Church has opened up their parking lot again for the automotive community in Albuquerque.

The No Coast Drift Party hosted at Sandia Speedway was a great success and the two day event was easily one of the largest drifting events held at the venue for the 2011 season.

A great video by Ernie Vigil showcasing some of the great motorsport action that we have going on locally here in Albuquerque, New Mexico!

This video was put together in 2010 and while the night events may not currently be going on for the 2011 season, there are quite a lot of other events being held at Sandia Speedway including the Cars and Coffee events, the new dirt track at Sandia with Ultimate Modifieds, Xtreme Modifieds, Street Stocks, Hobby Stocks and Cruisers, events held by SWMS, and SMRI! There is a lot going on locally and surely you can find something that interests you.

A drifting Subaru? Yep! We decided to stop in for a surprise visit with local Albuquerque drifters, Daniel Q. and Beau R., to see what they were working on.  They debuted the 2000 Subaru 2.5rs at our first drift practice at of the year which was held at Sandia Motor Speedway.  After the first event they had a slight issue with the rear control arms rubbing due to worn bushings.
