As with any recipe, the best results occur when the finest ingredients are used. This recipe calls for equal parts engineer and motorsports enthusiast. The result is one Gavin Kurey. Mr. Kurey created a thread concerning his 1996 Nissan 240SX build in July of 2006. In that timeframe, he has spent countless hours wrenching, fabricating, and pouring every bit of his soul into this ongoing project. Photographs of the project, updated periodically, show the incredible custom fabrication (including a roll cage), new engine installation (RB25DETT swap), and other small touches that Gavin has added to his S14 in this time.
Recent modifications include a fresh silver paint job by Gavin’s long time friend, Michael Echert along with some aero additions by Origin along with C West. Gavin’s S14 will not only be an animal on the track, but it will also be an eye catcher, even when standing still. The build thread has been clicked on 38,000 times, garnering well over 600 replies since it was created. Be sure to take a moment to check this incredible build out yourself! http://racingsouthwest.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=31576
